EdwardMALLEYPassed away peacefully at Whiston Hospital on 4th April 2026, aged 90 years. Originally from Woolton, Liverpool, Eddie lived in Rainhill since 1964 and was a dedicated employee at Plessey's on Edge Lane until his retirement in 1990. He is now reunited with his darling wife, May, who passed away in 2017. Eddie loved May enormously, and his family takes great comfort in knowing they are together again. "Together again in God's heavenly garden, walking hand in hand forevermore." A lovely, kind, and caring family man, he will be deeply missed by his sons Paul and Chris, daughters-in-law Judith and Irene, and his sister Margaret. He was a proud and much-loved Grandad to Charlotte, Jamie, Elliot, Daniel, Lewis, and Henry.
A service to celebrate Eddie's life will be held at St Bartholomew's Church, Rainhill, on Thursday 30th April at 2:00pm, followed by cremation at St Helens Crematorium at 3:30pm.
